Had to go out this morning to the local upullit, 8 degrees and high winds I waited until after noon to go myself. Temps were in the 40's. Pretty comfortable in a sweatshirt. However, I have been out on JY trips in bitter cold. Seems like I ended up in single digits in Louisville, KY a few years ago. The 2 issues I have in cold. My hands....I hate working with gloves on. Never wore the latex ones when working as a mechanic either. Second issue is trying to use the porto-john. Those things are brutal in single digit temps. |

Porta john=98 Plymouth mini van with clothe seats.😎 I prefer a E150 van, but in a pinch....a Chrysler mini van will work. And yes....the cloth seats can be torn and used for "clean up". I must be getting better at bowel control as I have not had to do any of that in quite a few years.  I usually start my day with a big cup of coffee or two. That followed by going out into cold weather usually has me "ready to go" |
