I have been trying to stop in a couple times a day. Anybody know where I can find a rear bumper for a 1964 Oldsmobile Star fire? A friend needs one....can't find one

Tom have you or your friend tried calling Tri-city plating? They may already have one chromed. Gary, I did tell him that he should contact Tri-City and gave him the number. Then I told him to sell it and buy a Mopar. He really wanted a 67 GTX, but when he started "looking around" , he realized that the price of one was simply way out of reach.

The 66-67 B-body cars are the cheapest to buy out of the 66-70 cars... he may find a 71-74 B-body at a good price ... but I have noticed that the 71-72's are going up in price.Tom did you ever find that tach? I also have a customer/friend that I have know for years, he got screwed real bad on a 1970 Charger... he really needs a 70 Charger body that is better than what he has, even if it was just the main body shell... so if you know or see one Please let me know.

We are childhood friends, grew up as neighbors, same age. etc etc Anyway, my first car was a 72 Charger, his was a 64 or 65 Chevelle. He likes the mid 60's cars, I like the early 70's cars. His last two old cars were a huge Buick and then a mid 60's Chrysler. A 300 of some sort, if I remember right. Not high dollar cars, just old. When he started looking at "mopar muscle" I don't think he was prepared how little car he would get for the money, compared to the previous 2 barges he had owned. I suggested that he come to Carlisle one year and look at some of the 71-74 cars....as they would be more bang for the buck spent. Bottom line is....I think he just likes the mid 60's body styles.
